Cold Call answered. Pretense that I had a vacation package that expired.

I asked him how much to 'reinstate' the package... he wanted me to get a pen and paper to write down details... I told him i just purchased a similar package and that if it wasn't free I wasn't going to do it. He called me a 'f---king ***' and hung up the phone.

I have no intent of ever doing business with anyone selling travel services over the phone ever again. He not only damaged his company, but his entire industry.
